Committee's Duty

E.   Mission & Outreach

The committee consists of a minimum of three members.

1. The committee makes the arrangements for the provision of suitable music for services.

2. In case of a vacancy in the positions of organist and/or choir director, they interview candidates, prepare a financial package and contract for approval by the Council.

3. The committee is responsible for advising the Council about the proper upkeep and maintenance of the Church’s musical instruments.

4. Support the pastor in conducting the Sunday morning worship service.

5. Assist the pastor in planning special worship programs e.g. Christmas, Easter.
